At Infinity Properties we specialise in the office and retail sectors, and we are actively involved in the management and development of our own property portfolio. Our focus is to provide the best options for our tenants’ rental requirements at the most affordable price point.
Our first property is in the heart of the Moot area in Pretoria. The building is newly renovated and offers affordable office and retail spaces to many local and national brands. Infinity Properties commenced with leasing out the building to third party tenants in December 2019 a mere 3 months before the worldwide pandemic.
Our occupancy rate increased by 20% in the last 6 months of our 2021/2022 Financial year illustrating how office units in the right areas can still provide great returns for shareholders. Even with the perceived uncertainty around office space during the pandemic our occupancy rate grew to 82.85% as of April 2022 with a target occupancy rate of 93% by September 2022.
